| Desrizione/Dettagli dei Motori | Lycoming O-320. The engine data plate reads O-320-E2A and carries an additional STC plate certifying 160 HP, equivalent to an O-320-D2A. Last overhaul 03/2008 at 2562 engine hours.
The engine is operated on condition under the EASA Part-ML maintenance programme. A dedicated inspection programme (Formblatt 0017-51) is carried out every 100 flight hours and every 12 months, covering the engine, magnetos, starter, generator, engine hoses and muffler. Engine condition was assessed as good at the airworthiness review in October 2026. An engine monitor is installed.
Propeller: Sensenich 74DM6-0-58, S/N K33570, overhauled by MT-Propeller 02/2023.

| Esterno | Overall good condition, aircraft permanently hangared.
Please note: on the lower fuselage the top coat has separated from the paint layer underneath over several larger areas. Bare metal is not exposed. No corrosion was found at the airworthiness review in October 2026. Repainting of the underside is recommended and is reflected in the asking price. Photographs of the affected areas are available.

| Inspection Status | Airworthiness review completed in October 2026, ARC valid for one year.
Maintenance is carried out under a declared EASA Part-ML maintenance programme. The programme calls for an inspection every 100 flight hours or 12 months, whichever comes first. Engine, engine accessories, propeller and hoses are maintained on condition under a dedicated inspection programme at the same interval.
All logbooks and maintenance records are complete and available for inspection. |
| Altre segnalazioni | A well kept and honest PA-28-140 with the 160 HP STC, permanently hangared at Schoenhagen (EDAZ) near Berlin, Germany. The aircraft has been flown regularly and is in airworthy condition with a fresh ARC.
The aircraft is owned by a German limited company, so VAT can be shown separately on the invoice. For a VAT registered buyer the net price is therefore the relevant figure, and a delivery to another EU member state can be handled as a VAT exempt intra community supply.
